Is it free to register?

Yes — creating an operator account is free.

Can I use different layouts for different buses?

Yes. Each bus has its own seat layout, including two-deck buses and seats with an extra fare.

What happens if I cancel a departure?

You can cancel a trip from your dashboard; travellers who booked it need to be informed and refunded.

How do passengers board?

They show their e-ticket (printed or on their phone) at the boarding point you listed, with an ID.

I already have a traveller account. Can I use it?

Operator accounts are separate. Please register your company with a different email address.
