• Liability: Elior Booking acts as an intermediary. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or service quality provided by airlines, hotels, or transport partners.
• Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Côte d’Ivoire, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of Abidjan courts.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Airlines & Hotels: Refunds follow the policies of the respective service providers.
• Elior Booking Fees: Service fees are non-refundable.
• Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
• Non-Refundable Services: Last-minute deals and promotional fares may not be refundable.
