About this homestay

You’re reusing $homestay as both the Property model and the array you insert into tbl_homestay (this will overwrite the model and break $homestay->id). No validation on the unit arrays (names/capacities/etc.). You should ensure they’re present, same length, and valid numbers. Time fields should be normalized to H:i:s only if provided. Wrap the whole flow in a DB transaction so uploads + inserts are atomic. Safer image handling + consistent minimum count check.
